This is my answer to how to move a refrigerator by yourself if you have a large big pickup truck. I don't like doing this method because leaving a fridge on it's side can damage it within the compressor and possibly ruin it, so keep it on it's side for as little as possible. This method works best with 2 people if possible, but one person can do it.
