The "Pelvic Drop" is like a vacation for your pelvic floor! In this video, I describe three visualizations to help you release tension in your pelvic floor muscles: 1) Muladhara opening, 2) marble release, and 3) elevator descent. The "Pelvic Drop" exercise is ideal for anyone with pelvic pain or tension, pain during sex, or vaginal or rectal pain. As always: Be cautious and listen to your body. Don't do anything that's painful or uncomfortable.
